The Commerce and Management Department of Royale Degree College For Women organized a vibrant event “INNOVATION AND DEMANDING E - COMMERCE”, to spirit of Entrepreneurship and business acumen among students. The five day (Tue 7 th January 2025 to 11 th January 2025) extravaganza featured a range of activities including; Ad – selfie, Poster Presentation, C.V Making, Balance Sheet Matchup, Mock Interview. Students came up with fantastic ideas for business to showcase what they do, impress their audience, grow existing relationship and harness new opportunities. The participants demonstrated remarkable creativity and also students took part in Market Mayhem, where they displayed variety of products and with customers aware of products and services, engage them, and help them to make the buying decision. Furthermore a marketing plan, a part of the business plan helps in creating and maintaining demand, relevance, reputation, competition etc. The event concluded with the distribution of medals and certification to the winners amidst cheers and applause for the enthusiastic participants.
