RDCW ORGANISED an Educational Workshop cum Teachers Training Program on 29 Jan,2022 to empower Women with 100% job assurance SPEAKERS: 1.Dr E Prasad Rao , Chairman Paramita schools , Iris World School Explorica Karimnagar and Advisor ,Quality ,NISA and TRSMA 2.Sandhya Gatti Founder Director – Teacher Ink & Sandhya Gatti Educators Trust Co-Founder-SKandagiri Commune 3.Mr P.V.K.Murthy Chairman of Sri Gayatri College and Meluha. Speakers enlightened participants about NEP 2020,its implementation,benefits,concentrating on moving education towards a more holistic approach. 43 participants has undertaken psychometric tests,aptitude tests and specific skill tests. 20 candidates shall be selected for training in early childhood care and education (ECCE) as per NEP 2020 Selected candidates will enroll in a 9 months training program and upon successful completion of the program will receive a PG diploma from Martin Luther Christian University ,Shillong ,Meghalaya.
